These Terms of Service apply to all customers provided by the subsidiary companies of UR VIRTUE BERHAD (collectively “the Clinics”) in relation to treatment services and prepaid packages.
1. USER IDENTITY & DATA PROTECTION
1.1. All customer information collected by the Clinics will be kept private and confidential in accordance with applicable Malaysian laws.

2. PAYMENT
2.1. All payments must be successfully processed and confirmed before any treatment service or package entitlement is activated.
2.2. If a payment is declined, reversed, or not successfully processed, the Clinics reserves the right to suspend or cancel the corresponding treatment session or package.
2.3. All payments made are subject to authorization and verification by the relevant financial institution or payment gateway provider.
3. SERVICE ARRANGEMENT
3.1. The Clinics provides skin pigmentation treatments at its physical Clinics premises only.
3.2. No physical products are shipped, and no courier or delivery services are involved in the provision of treatment services.
3.3. All treatments are subject to professional consultation and suitability assessment.
4. REFUND POLICY
4.1. All payments made to the Clinics are generally non-refundable under any circumstances.

5. COMPLAINTS
