This policy applies to all treatment services and prepaid packages provided by the subsidiary companies of UR VIRTUE BERHAD (“the Clinics”).
1. Payments & Refunds
1.1. Payments made for treatments, packages, promotions, or advance bookings are generally non-refundable. Any refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to management approval.
2. Prepaid Packages
2.1. Prepaid packages are generally non-refundable and non-transferable.
2.2. Unused sessions cannot be exchanged for cash.
2.3. Packages come with a validity period, and customers are encouraged to use all sessions before the expiry date.
3. Medical Suitability
3.1. All treatments are subject to professional consultation.
3.2. If a customer is not suitable for a treatment, the Clinics may:
– Recommend an alternative treatment; or
– Convert the remaining balance into credit for future use.
3.3. Any request may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to management approval.
